Knitting needles and knitted golf club covers

I had trouble today finding one size of knitting needles. I found this really good pattern for knitted golf club covers and they called for size 6 and 8 knitting needles and I bought size 6 at michaels and when i went to walmart they only had sizes 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11. It is very frustrating when you are looking for one size of knitting needles. I almost screamed in walmart, so i bought the size 7. I am making them for the charity golf tournament for my church in June. The colors I choose for the golf club covers are green and orange. I hope they are manly colors. I am getting so worried.  The pattern is so confusion and the website that i got the pattern from is: http://www.wrights.com/wrights/class/needlework/golfcovers/golfcovers.htm

About my knitting.

Sorry for not posting since last Wednesday. I was so busy with volunteering and different things. My church is having a golf tournament in June and I am thinking of making something to give a way during it. I have to decide between a washcloth and a golf club cover. I might do one of both because I can do the wash cloth fast and take a couple of months to work on the golf club cover. I just have to choose the colors. That is very hard to do because there are so many beautiful colors. I went to Hobby Lobby this past Saturday and I got myself some size 4 circular needles. I need them for the hat I am making. I got the pattern from the book called knit hats! by Gwen Steege. I will post the picture of what it looks like in the next blog.

More about the Potato Chip Scarf

The potato chip scarf looks so cool to make. I just have to find the correct pattern for it. One of my favorite knitting websites is ravely. Its like a forum type of website, I think. Ill be attaching couple pictures of the potato chip scarf. Ill be making it after I finish one of my 3 projects that I am working on. An acronym that knitters that used is UFO. UFO stands for Unfinished Objects and it do not stand for Unidentify Flying Objects. (haha!) here is the picture of the Potato Chip Scarf.

Potato Chip Scarf

This is my very first blog. I never did a blog before so I am very nervous what to say. I saw this neat scarf pattern online today. It is called the "potato chip scarf" pattern. You can either knit it or crochet it. So I print it out and put it away for now. I am working on a hat, a scarf and a crochet table runner (it was suppose to be a crochet scarf but it is not turning out like that.). If yall have any suggestions on what my next knitting project would be please leave me a comment and let me know. Thank You.
